Requests for official Saline County criminal records must go to the government office that keeps the file. The contacts below distinguish court records at the courthouse from sheriff and jail material at the Law Enforcement Center, while Nebraska State Patrol CID handles repository reports.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run reference cannot retrieve or correct records, perform official checks, or accept Nebraska set-aside filings. Contact the responsible government custodian for those services.

Need an Official Record?

Use the following Saline County routes for official records:

Sheriff-created and jail records begin at the Saline County Sheriff's Office and Law Enforcement Center, 911 S. Main St., Wilber, NE 68465, 402-821-2111. The law-enforcement and communications number operates around the clock for current custody questions, but no separate records-counter schedule is published, so confirm records access before visiting. The county's official phone directory lists direct numbers for the courts, sheriff, attorney, clerk, corrections, and probation.

Court records are held separately at the Saline County Courthouse, 204 S. High St., Wilber, NE 68465. Clerk of District Court Amber Mulbery can be reached at 402-821-2823; the county publishes counter hours of 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. County Court Clerk Magistrate Josh McDougall can be reached at 402-821-2131; the current Nebraska Judicial Branch listing gives weekday public hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call ahead because an older county page shows a noon closure.
